We offer the ventilation ductwork leaks measurement by Two-way ventilation tightness tester.
Why the ventilation tightness tests have to be done?
• Construction codes – ventilation production order can include required tightness class or another requirements regarding leakproofness standards like norm PN-EN 12237 and PN-EN 1507;
• Economical reasons – ventilation systems with better tightness offer more savings like lower power consumption. Also precise leaks detection allowed for quicker and more effective repairs with material savings;
• Environment protection – low material and power consumption make lower negative affects for natural environment.
How we make the test?
Two-ways tester provides instrumentation for ventilation ductwork leaks measurement. The test show the volumetric air losses due to uptight ductworks. We can make the tests of the ventilation and air-condition ducts according the following norms:
• PN-EN 13779;
• PN-EN 12237;
• PN-EN 1507;
• EUROVENT 2/2;
• SMACNA HVAC;
• DW143 .
We can measured the systems even with the big capacity:
1. ±2500 Pa static pressure: max. losses 65 l/s;
2. ±2000 Pa static pressure: max. losses 105 l/s;
3. ±1000 Pa static pressure: max. losses 170 l/s;
4. ±400 Pa static pressure: max. losses 200 l/s;
5. ±200 Pa static pressure: max. losses 205 l/s.
Possibilities:
• Immediate readout of air pressure and air flow rate.
• Readout in following units of measure: air flow rate – litter per second and air pressure – Pa;
• Self reset function;
• Calibratio0n certificate.
Benefits:
• Measurements without dismantling of system;
• Low and high pressure tests;
• Overpressure and negative pressure tests.
Prasctical application:
• Tightness tests of air grates, diffusers and structural units;
• Tests of casings and compartments;
• Tests of ductworks, dumpers and silencers;
• Tests of ships and boats ductworks;
• Tests of cockpits and cabins;
• Tests of duct structural components class A, B, C and D according classification: PN-EN 12237 | PN-EN 1507.
